New for Fall 2008! Our Fall 2008 Office Manager Solution Seminars will feature individual Solution Rooms in addition to our popular Solution Centers. Our Solution Centers provide a unique opportunity for you to speak directly with a Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey representative. We encourage you to bring in your claims, inquiries, and/or questions and meet with a member of our staff. Each Solution Room will offer two Question and Answer Sessions and will also contain their own respective Solution Center.

BlueCard® (Q&A Sessions at 9:00 a.m. & 11:00 a.m.) Pre-existing (Q&A Sessions at 9:30 a.m. & 11:30 a.m.) Physician Services (Q&A Sessions at 10:00 a.m. & 12:00 p.m.) PCP/Capitation (Q&A Sessions at 10:30 a.m. & 12:30 p.m.)

Seminar Solution Centers:

You will have an opportunity to visit our Solution Centers and work directly with a Horizon BCBSNJ representative to resolve concerns/issues your office has encountered. The Solution Centers will have staff from the following areas:
