Magellan Behavioral Health (formerly Green Spring of New Jersey) performs utilization review
and management services for Horizon BCBSNJ customers receiving mental health and substance
abuse treatment. Magellan Behavioral Health evaluates an individual's needs, then finds the
most appropriate care and setting for treatment. Magellan Behavioral Health is available to
those in need 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by calling the toll-free Help Line at 1-800-626-2212.
Dental coverage is one of the more desired benefits available today. Horizon Healthcare Dental
Services, the administrator of Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey's dental programs,
provides access to programs designed to meet the needs of individuals, small employers, and
large groups. With more than 600,000 satisfied subscribers, we offer you the experience and
expertise you have come to expect from a leader in dental health care benefits and administration.
All programs provide flexible deductible and copayment or coinsurance options to allow
employers to select the program that best meets their needs.

Workers' compensation managed care and claims administration plus auto injury management
services are provided by Horizon Casualty Services. Workers' Compensation Services provide
employers with access to a specialized network of providers skilled in management of work-related
injuries. Horizon Casualty case managers work closely with the injured workers, employers,
and providers in achieving optimal medical outcomes and safe, prompt return to work.
Auto injury (PIP) services are provided by a team of specialists, including RN care managers
that assist auto accident claimants in navigating the complex set of regulations related
to Personal Injury Protection while working with providers on the claimants' behalf to
achieve optimal medical outcomes. Claimants and providers are supplied with helpful
information related to obtaining preapprovals, covered treatments, and access to
