Welcome to our new Group Administrators page, designed especially for you, our valued employers. The Group
Administrators page allows you to access our online Member Maintenance application, where you can perform member
maintenance functions for your employees.
Your benefits when using this online service include:
- Ability to update details faster: Change employee or dependent status information as soon as you receive it. Or make urgent/emergent updates that cannot wait until your next file transmission with us.
- Saving time: The information you submit online is processed within one business day. If you also send us an electronic enrollment file, please be sure that any data you enter on this site is later included on any file updates you may also send to ensure our files remain synchronized.
- Timely billing changes: Updated information allows billing changes to be posted before the billing cycle ends.
- Working with security: Your group's information remains confidential through safeguards (firewalls and encryption) built into our Web site.
Member Maintenance for group administrators is a password-protected area. Please contact your Account Manager to

Member Maintenance allows you to perform many enrollment-related functions online. You can:
- Enroll, reinstate and terminate employees and dependents.
- Update employee and dependent information such as name, address, date of birth and marital status.
- Request duplicate ID cards.
- Process COBRA enrollment and terminations.
The Group Administrators page also provides access to Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey services, including our Online Provider Directory, information on our health and wellness section, contact information to e-mail us and links to other services you and your employees may receive through us.
